You Make Great Products.
Manufacturing Complexity Kills Timelines.

Most product companies face the same wall when they try to go from prototype to production.

🤷

"I don't know what mold spec to ask for"

Tooling engineers speak a different language. You don't know what steel grade, cavity number, or cooling configuration to specify — and the wrong choice costs months.

Sample rounds drag on for months

Traditional molds run hot, warp parts, leave burn marks. Each defect means another T1, T2, T3 trial shot. Your product launch slips further.

📦

Plastic from one supplier, metal from another

Coordinating separate factories for plastic parts and metal housings doubles your project management load — and doubles the risk of spec mismatch.

💸

Low-volume unit costs are brutal

Traditional injection molds cost $8,000–$30,000+ upfront. For a 500-piece first run, your per-unit tooling amortization wipes out your margin.

From Your File to Finished Parts in 5 Steps

You don't need to know anything about molds. We manage the entire manufacturing chain.

1

Send Your File

Share your STEP or IGES file. We review for moldability within 24 hours — free of charge.

2

Mold Design

Our engineers design the mold with conformal cooling channels optimized for your geometry and material.

3

Insert Manufacturing

We 3D print mold inserts via SLM, then finish with CNC, EDM, and heat treatment. Typically 8–12 days.

4

Trial & Approval

First injection trial. We send photos, measurements, and physical samples for your approval before mass run.

5

Production & Ship

You approve — we produce. Parts packed, inspected, and shipped direct to your door with tracking.

Everything Under One Roof

We're not a broker. Every step happens in our Yuyao, Ningbo facility — which means faster turnaround and no finger-pointing when issues arise.

Mold Design

DFM Analysis + Mold Engineering

We review your product for wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and material flow before cutting any steel. Problems caught here cost nothing.

  • Cavity & core design
  • Gate location optimization
  • Ejection system design
  • Conformal cooling channel routing
3D-Printed Inserts

Conformal Cooling Mold Inserts

Our core technology. SLM-printed inserts with internal cooling channels that follow your part surface exactly — impossible to drill.

  • Materials: 420 steel, 18Ni300 maraging steel
  • ±0.1mm dimensional accuracy
  • 30–50% faster cycle times
  • Uniform temperature: ±2°C across surface
Finishing

CNC Machining + EDM

Post-print precision machining, wire EDM for fine details, heat treatment to 50–54 HRC, and mirror polishing (SPI A1 standard) where required.

  • 5-axis CNC machining
  • Wire & sinker EDM
  • Surface finish Ra 0.02–0.8 μm
  • Hardness testing on every batch
Injection Trial

Molding Trials & Sample Parts

We run T1 trial shots on your behalf, measure critical dimensions, photograph flash and surface finish, and ship you physical samples for hands-on approval.

  • PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, POM, PEEK, TPU
  • First article inspection report (FAIR)
  • Photos and measurement data with every trial
Metal Parts

CNC Metal Components

Need aluminum housings, stainless brackets, or titanium inserts to go with your plastic parts? We machine them in-house and ship together.

  • Aluminum 6061/7075, SS 304/316, Titanium Ti64
  • Tolerances to ±0.02mm
  • Anodizing, sandblasting, passivation available
Quality Control

Inspection + Certification

In-house CMM measurement, vision inspection, and dimensional reporting. Every shipment includes material certs and inspection data.

  • CMM dimensional report
  • Material certificate (mill cert)
  • Hardness test report
  • Visual inspection photo log

Product Companies That Shipped Faster

For Product Companies New to Injection Molding

Do I need to know anything about mold-making to order from you?
No. You bring your 3D product file (STEP or IGES). We handle mold design, steel selection, insert manufacturing, trial shots, and first-article inspection. You approve the sample and we begin production. Our team will guide you through each decision in plain English.
How fast can I get sample plastic parts?
First trial shots are typically available within 15–20 business days from design lock. Rush service (10 days) is available for simple geometries. For reference: a conventional mold from a Chinese toolmaker usually takes 25–35 days just to build the mold, before any trial shots.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. We regularly run 50–500 piece sample runs for product companies before they scale. Once the mold is built, it's yours — you can use it for future production runs at your pace.
What plastic materials do you support?
PP, ABS, PC, Nylon (PA6/PA66), POM, PEEK, TPU, TPE and most engineering plastics. We advise on material selection for your product requirements — temperature range, regulatory compliance (FDA, RoHS, etc.), mechanical strength, and budget all factor in.
Can you also make the metal parts that go with my plastic product?
Yes. Our in-house CNC machining and EDM handles aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium parts. We coordinate plastic and metal components in the same shipment — no need to manage multiple suppliers and reconcile separate deliveries.
What if the first sample isn't right?
If the sample doesn't meet the agreed drawing spec, we re-make the affected tooling or adjust process parameters at our cost. We've never had a customer stuck with a wrong part — our DFM review catches most issues before manufacturing begins.
How do I pay? What payment terms are available?
Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP). For established repeat customers, we offer net-30 on production orders. All pricing is in USD and includes a detailed cost breakdown by line item.
